About this challenge

At the agricultural university, Tadayasu Sawaki can see what others miss: molds, bacteria, and yeast treating every meal and every sake barrel like a stage. Professor Itsuki's lab turns that gift into research, pranks, and a cast that is half student body and half living culture starter.

This DLE scores type (human, fungus, bacterium, virus, or yeast), campus or brewery affiliation, occupation, season and debut episode, plus fermentation or research use. Start with type and episode, then decide if your guess belongs in the Itsuki lab, the Hiyoshi liquor shop, or the French domaine in Returns.
