About this challenge

In To Be Hero X, public Faith becomes power — and the trust ranking decides who climbs, who falls and who earns the title X. This puzzle asks for the same kind of reading: concrete universe clues, not just a face on a portrait.

Every guess compares gender, species, type (hero, villain, civilian…), agency (TREEMAN, DOS, FOMO, Mighty Glory…), power and the episode where the figure enters the story. Green locks a clue; yellow marks partial overlap on comma-separated agencies and powers.

Lin Ling steps into Nice’s image, Yang Cheng inherits E-Soul, Queen pushes for the top under DOS, and Ahu rockets up with FOMO. Knowing the corporations, Spotlight and Glimmer Lab splits the cast faster.

When the board shrinks, use the episode number for higher/lower arrows and hair color to break the last ties. The roster covers season 1 heroes, villains and support pieces of the trust system.
